Do I need a phone number for Drop #01?
No. It runs on your website's chat widget. Texting features like missed-call text back need a registered number, which is why that is Drop #02.
Which HighLevel plan do I need?
The entry plan covers everything in Drop #01. AI features are usage-billed on every plan, so watch your AI usage in the first weeks.
